what is REplat?
REplat is a "Multiple Listing SYSTEM". mls is a work methodology that promotes cooperation and sales between real estate agents. mls started in the usa at the beginning of 1900 and it consists in having a common, shared and larger portfolio of properties to propose to one's clients.
REplat is neither a franchising nor an advertising web site nor an association. it can be joined by both independent agencies and those linked to a franchising or an association.
REplat started in italy in 2004 and has grown to more than 1000 agencies.
